The name Bleu, blue in French, conveys confidence, truth, stability, seriousness, creativity and harmony.

Founding partner
- Professional with more than 30 years in the Brazilian electricity sector, with actions in the financial area, strategic planning and business development, with solid training, academic and professional, working in the segments of Financial Planning, Budget, Strategic Planning, Controllership and, also exercising the function of CFO in public and private companies;
- Graduated in Law from the Cândido Mendes Law School, in Rio de Janeiro, he pursued a career in the financial area where he can use his legal training resources, with emphasis on contracts and guarantees.
- He specialized in the financial area with courses in the area of Insurance, Corporate Finance, Investments, Capital Structures and Taxes, having received the degrees of Specialist, MBA and International Specialist by IBMEC, FGV, OHIO University and FIPECAFI.
- He also participated in the Boards of Directors of large companies.
- Professor at the renowned Getúlio Vargas Foundation.
